What happens after you return it?
After a successful return, any unused refundable amount is returned or reversed through the payment flow shown when you rent.
Keep your rental or payment reference until the station confirms the return. If a power bank does not release, a return is not confirmed, or a charge looks wrong, contact Airlie Charge so the transaction can be checked.
Good to know: Airlie Charge does not publish unverified fee caps, pre-authorisation rules, late fees or return-anywhere promises. The station payment flow is the source for your rental.
