1. Who is responsible for your information
This website is operated by Conor Maginn trading as Airlie Charge, ABN 55 441 649 003. Privacy questions can be sent to airliecharge@gmail.com or raised by calling 0481 048 718.
2. Information collected
Airlie Charge may collect information you choose to provide, including:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- venue, role and location details for partnership enquiries;
- station, rental or payment references supplied for support;
- the content of your message; and
- submission time and limited technical information used to prevent form abuse.
Do not submit full card numbers, bank details or identity documents through this website.
If you choose optional analytics, limited website-use information may also be collected, such as pages viewed, buttons or links used, approximate device and browser information, and session timing. Airlie Charge does not send form entries, precise location coordinates or contact details to its analytics services.
3. How information is used
Information is used to:
- answer enquiries and provide rental or station support;
- investigate payment, release or return issues;
- assess and manage venue partnership enquiries;
- protect the forms from spam or misuse; and
- understand website use when analytics consent has been given.
4. Service providers and disclosure
Website hosting, form storage and email delivery providers process information only as needed to operate the site and deliver enquiries. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect customers, Airlie Charge or others.
Airlie Charge does not sell personal information.
5. Optional analytics
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you choose to allow analytics. Google Analytics helps Airlie Charge understand page visits and useful actions such as opening directions or submitting an enquiry. Read the Google Privacy Policy.
Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and masked session recordings that help identify where visitors get stuck or which page elements are overlooked. Airlie Charge explicitly masks its enquiry forms so their contents are not included in recordings. Airlie Charge does not use Clarity's Identify API or provide Clarity with a custom user identifier. The analytics choice is stored in your browser. You can withdraw or change it at any time using the privacy preferences control on this website. Withdrawing consent stops analytics from loading on the next page load and removes analytics cookies that the website can access. Advertising storage is not enabled.
6. Location and external services
The nearest-station feature calculates distance in your browser. Airlie Charge does not store or transmit your precise coordinates through the website or its analytics services.
Google Maps, Apple Maps and Instagram are external services. Opening their links is subject to their own privacy practices.
7. Storage, security and retention
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect submitted information. No internet service is completely secure. Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for support, enquiry follow-up, dispute resolution, abuse prevention and applicable legal or accounting requirements.
8. Access, correction and questions
You can ask to access or correct personal information held about you, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting airliecharge@gmail.com. Enough information may be requested to locate the relevant record and confirm the request.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website or handling practices change. The current version and update date will remain published on this page.
