1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Airlie Charge website and portable power bank rental service operated by Conor Maginn trading as Airlie Charge, ABN 55 441 649 003. By starting a rental, you also agree to the information and instructions displayed in the station payment flow.
2. Rental service
Airlie Charge stations provide portable power banks for temporary phone charging. Follow the station instructions, use the equipment carefully and make sure the station confirms a successful return. Do not force a power bank, tamper with a cabinet, unplug it or move it.
3. Pricing and payment
The verified price is $30 upfront and $5 per 30 minutes. After a successful return, any unused refundable amount is returned or reversed through the displayed payment flow. Review the live payment screen before starting because it forms part of the rental.
Airlie Charge does not make a separate website promise about unverified caps, pre-authorisation behaviour, late fees or return-anywhere availability.
4. Station access and availability
Stations are located inside independently operated venues. Access depends on each venue's trading hours, entry requirements and decisions. Live power bank and return-slot availability is not connected to this website and cannot be guaranteed before arrival.
5. Problems, payments and returns
Contact Airlie Charge promptly if a power bank does not release, a return is not confirmed, equipment appears faulty or a charge appears incorrect. Provide the venue, approximate time and rental or payment reference if available, but never send full card details. Requests are handled under the refund policy and applicable consumer law.
6. Website information
Airlie Charge takes reasonable care to keep locations, access information and pricing clear. Venue hours and external map information can change. Check the linked venue or maps service before travelling when timing is important.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
8. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Airlie Charge is not responsible for loss caused by venue closures, third-party map information, mobile network conditions or misuse of equipment. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
9. Contact and governing law
Questions can be sent to airliecharge@gmail.com or raised on 0481 048 718. These terms are governed by the laws applying in Queensland, Australia.
